The Chair’s activities primarily focus on three main areas of work team management and effectiveness:

1. Teams and multi-team systems in extreme situations
2. Project management teams
3. Teams in governance context

These three main axes are combined with three transversal axes that ensure integration and consistency throughout the research program.

4. Team functioning (behavioural, cognitive and affective processes)
5. Management practices and leadership styles
6. Organizational environment and technology

Research conducted by the Chair in Work Team Management and Effectiveness have impacts on various activity sectors (e.g., public safety, research and development, finance) and different types of work teams (e.g., service teams, project teams, management teams).
