Caroline Aubé is Professor in the Department of Management at HEC Montréal and the holder of the Chair on Team Management and effectiveness.
The Chair’s current research program primarily focuses on extreme teams and multi-team systems effectiveness, project teams performance and innovation, and team dynamics in a governance context.
